World Cancer Day- Thursday 4th February 2016 (A Day to Unite)

by - Thursday, February 04, 2016

Today 4th February is World Cancer Day.

World Cancer Day is a chance to reflect on what you can do, make a pledge and take action. Whatever you choose to do ‘We can. I can.’ make a difference to the fight against cancer. And the only way to eradicate cancer is to help cancer charities who need funding and also to help people and families living through it.

It is also very important for women to get their smear tests done in order to cut risk of developing  hard to spot cervical cancer. "Cervical cancer does not show symptoms until it is at an advanced stage" Please make sure if you are between the ages of 25 to 49 years old, please get yourself checked.

It is also very important to support research laboratories to find cure for cancer and donate either money, clothes, stationaries etc to Charity organisations in need of them.

Here is a stash of clothes I'll be donating to my local breast cancer Charity this week.
