Happy New Month of June to all my readers; I'm sorry I went AWOL for few days :-( I've just been super busy working on a new exciting project which has taken over my life in the last 3 weeks :-)

On another note, Today is National Chocolate Ice-Cream day, and as the weather is really hot, I will be celebrating with a nice Chocolate ice- Cream.

Chocolate ice cream is the second most common Ice-cream flavor, surpassed only by vanilla.  The chocolate flavored ice cream has been in existence well over a hundred years and has been popular in the United States since the late 19th century.
