London Marathon 2016

Today April 24th marks London's annual Marathon,  almost 40,000 runners are taking part in the 36th London Marathon.

 The annual event includes elite competitors along with more than 39,000 other runners.
The millionth finisher in the history of the race, which was first held in 1981, will cross the line on The Mall.

Eliud Kipchoge breaks London Marathon course record!


Kipchoge powers through the tape to record the second-fastest time of all time, only 10 seconds outside the world record!
Eliud Kipchoge created history on the streets of London this morning, running the second fastest marathon of all time and smashing the course record in the process of claiming back-to-back London Marathon victories in quite incredible style
