Today I'll be sharing with you a very quick healthy meal I came up with. Its super duper easy, healthy and very tasty.
2 pieces of Tilapia Fillets
30ml of Olive oil
3 whole baby potatoes
2 tablespoons of Suya spice
2 tablespoons of Pepper soup spice
1 teaspoon of jerk seasoning
salt to taste
haf a teaspoon of thyme
half a teaspoon of flavour enhancer
half a teaspoon of all purpose seasoning
6 sticks of Asparagus
A handful of red, green and yellow pepper
quater glass of water
1 clove of garlic
some chopped onions
Mix all the seasonings together and add a little bit of water and mix well. Now dab the fish on the seasoning and place on an oven tray (already layered with some oil); glaze the fish with some oil and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Whilst the fish is in the oven, boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt & light butter until soft.
Now add a tiny bit of oil in a saucepan and fry the peppers, onion and garlic for 2 minutes and leave aside.
Bring the asparagus to boil for 3 to 5 minutes; drain and fry with some butter and garlic and all done..xx
