Baked Scotch Eggs



Hey Foodies, For those of you who don't fancy deep frying either because of calories or safety, these are the perfect alternative. 
Oven baked scotch eggs still have alot of flavour from the herby sausage meat I used to the well seasoned breadcrumbs.

And also these go perfectly well with the good old traditional brown sauce, ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
